If your product is defective or doesn't work correctly, send us either a photo of the damage or a short video, and we'll send you a replacement item (free of charge). You do not need to return the damaged thing to us.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and refunded. Order cancellations/refunds are only possible within the first 12 hours of placing an order and if our suppliers have not yet shipped the item.

For international orders Shipping takes 20-35 business days, depending on your location. However, on rare occasions, packages get stuck in customs or are lost by the postal system. If your package is stuck in customs, this will cause an extra delay that may take longer than 20 business days. In such a case, please be patient, wait for your package to be cleared by customs and be delivered to you. This is not within our control, and we will not be made responsible for any customs issues in your country.
